We are pleased to announce an exciting change within our organization. As of September 8th, Mark Rutheiser has joined FSH as our new Executive Director. Mark brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team, making him a valuable addition to our organization. With his strong leadership skills and deep industry knowledge, we are confident that Mark will guide us towards even greater successes.

He comes to us from UC Davis, where he was the Executive Director of Real Estate Services managing a variety of real estate assets, including housing units both on and off campus. He also has deep experience in construction project development, financing, and operations.  With his strategic vision and dedication to excellence, we have no doubt that Mark will excel in driving our team towards achieving our goals and exceeding expectations.
