For listings within the Stanford Rental Communities, all occupants age 18 and above must complete an application and must be added to the lease. Subletting is not allowed. Any assignment, subletting, or transfer (whether by voluntary act, operation of law, or otherwise) will be void, and the property may elect to treat it as a non-curable breach of the lease agreement.
