Faculty Staff Housing is pleased to announce the expansion of the Qualifying Area. Based on the need to add housing opportunities along the transit corridor, the entire cities of San Jose and Milpitas have been added.
Effective April 26, 2023, eligible faculty members can submit a Purchase Offer Packet on multiple direct sale homes running concurrently. However, buyer can only be in contract on one home at a time.
