I authorize Faculty Staff Housing (FSH) to publish my property listing on the Online Homes for Sale list. I understand the publication of this listing is for my convenience only and that FSH is not responsible for any of the information in the listing.
I understand that publication of the listing will allow any member of the public to view my listing.
I authorize FSH to modify or remove any or all parts of my listing in its sole discretion. Upon delivery to FSH of a fully executed copy of a Stanford University Real Estate Purchase Contract and Receipt for Deposit and upon notification of an open escrow, I authorize FSH to change my listing to read “In Escrow”. Upon notification of a reduction in the listing price of my property, I authorize FSH to change my listing to read “Price Reduced”.
I agree to remove rental listings promptly after my property has been rented.
